My Partner and Daughter both brought me a $50 gift voucher for Christmas. I have been a regular customer for over 2 years and they know me very well and they know exactly how I like my nails done. To be honest with you I’ve never really been disappointed in the productivity of my nails. So I rang them a few times to explain I could not find my vouchers which were together in an envelope and I am thinking my partner must of accidentally thrown them in the recycling bin in a box I had the vouchers in he did not know they were in there. I searched the house fully and I am very sure I left them in a box. So I rang the salon and the lady said you must come in to talk to the owner about this. So I went in yesterday and explained to the owner i had 2 Christmas vouchers and unfortunately I can’t find them is there anyway that you have on record my voucher number or a name so I can still use my Christmas presents. He said no there is not and I said my daughter and partner are willing to come in and show you who they are as my daughter always comes here to get her nails done and they know her very well. He said no there is nothing we can do about it. How sad is it that you support a business and have been going there for years and the owner Rocky knows my daughter and myself but refused to help me and told me there is nothing they can do about it. I will definitely not be going to this nail salon anymore and either is my daughter. Of late I have seen that they have become very busy and they are rushing through to get clients nails done with rushed jobs and the staff in there are becoming rude and less caring. Each Birthday and Christmas my partner and daughter go into the salon to buy me gift vouchers and to actually be told there is nothing we can do about it is a disgrace. Very poor customer service Rocky and I thought you genuinely cared about your customers. How sad.

loved it everyone was super nice and they did my nails exactly how i wanted them i just showed a reference picture beforehand and they look exactly the same 10/10 will be going there again for sure!

I got my nails done not even 2 weeks ago & it was a very poor experience. The staff were extremely rude, judgemental & spoke in their language & laughed whilst looking at me. Will never return back here & highly advise against it if you’re an anxious person as it was a very uncomfortable experience. Not even 2 weeks later and my acrylic nails have started to lift & snap off. So disappointing.

Amazing experience with the most friendly staff! I’ve been going here for a while and had ranges of services from gels, to basic acrylics and acrylics with intricate designs and they never fail to impress me each time. I just can’t go anywhere else now that i’ve gone here. Absolutely would recommend!!!
