Third time I’ve had to wait at least 45 mins with my feet in water and when I get up to leave because people that arrived after me got served first then they “shuffle”.Today again only to have pedi and nails done at the same time, got nail dust all over me and it was a terrible job. At least last time was half decent. I def won’t be going back.

Feet were scrubbed so hard and to much they are now that dry they hurt, she also left a little cut from the razor. She looked at it and just carried on 3 days later I am still in pain from the scrubbing

I had a set of acrylic nails done here. A couple of days later my real nails separated from the false nails underneath and I had to constantly pick out everyday dirt with a cocktail stick! They hadn’t cut my real nails down enough.A couple of weeks later my nails at the base started splitting and were really red.I came back here to have the nails removed. While my nails were in acetone, the guy started cutting his own skin around his nails with a pair of nail pliers, and then just put them on the side, ready to use on someone else.They still charged me to remove the nails, even though my nail beds were infected. I only paid it because they all started to crowd around, as they do.I have had my nails done many times. First time here. I will never go back.DO NOT get your nails done here. Very poor hygiene.

very bad service. my friend and i went in and they said to wait 30 minutes when we went back in we were waiting in the chairs for another 30 minutes. then they tell me they can’t do mine because they don’t have enough time so i wait for my friend to get hers done. FOUR other girls come in and they got their nails done even though i was told they didn’t have enough time to do mine? not happy and last time i went there the man was not paying attention, all different size and shaped acrylics. asked for french tip and he literally just put the white nail instead of the clear one on and they looked horrible. do not recommend to anyone.

very upset! there’s no way to contact anyone , i came in today to get my nails done just to come home and have a shower (8 hours later) so my nail polish to come completely off! i would like a refund or even a partial refund i am very very dissatisfied

Absolutely disappointed in my pedicure !!!Lady was rude tried to charge me extra $10 to take dead skin off my feet. Hahahaha my feet were clean and she scrubbed them with a hard bush that kind of looked like a toilet brush. And used detol the whole pedicure. Thought it was professional nails but it’s and stupid dupe wish version professional nails. And

Went in for refill and two tips , was rushed and was cut on my finger due to lack of attention and talking to the other worker.Said it was going to cost me $55. When I questioned how refill and two tips could cost only $5 less than a full set they acted like they didn't understand even though I showed them the sign that said refill $35 and extra tip $5. Wont be going back. They just charge what ever they want even when you point out the price on the wall.

Very rude people just because they think you don’t understand their language. they’ll literally run you down to each other while doing your nails etc. would of never walked in if I knew I was just paying to get judged , yes I know my toe nails are short and yes I know my feet look warn out. I’m pregnant and also watching my daughter 24/7 so I don’t have time to keep up to peoples perfections. Honestly we’re all human at the end of the day and it’s disgusting when you run others down.

Very unprofessional! All of the staff are just busy gossiping with each other instead of focusing on their customer. They forgot to use hot towel and do hand massage after the pedicure session. My nails are not perfectly done too!!
