I’ve been going here for years and have always raved about them, but unfortunately I’ve had my last visit here. It’s really gone downhill, I’ve given them a few more tries (everyone has an off day) but if Hazel isn’t around the girls only talk to each other and don’t make any effort to engage with the customer. Because they aren’t speaking in English you can’t even attempt to join in. They are not welcoming and there is not the care there used to be. They filed my finger with the drill and it was left bleeding. My nails were cut way too short, I wasn’t offered tips and they are uneven, it was like she was rushing me out of the shop. That’s the last time for me.

My mum, sister, aunty and myself went here every 3 weeks for fingers and nails the last few times have been bad. Firstly the girl named one took of my acrylics with another nail and the pain was horrible I made sure she knew however I don't think she was bothered to soak them. On another occasion I told them I got fungus under my nail and was told just take the nail off. If hazel is not there the girls don't care! On there phones, speaking in there language and you have to actually ask them to do normal things like get the rough skin off your feet when getting a pedicure.

Good service, lovely staffs and they offered you nice champagne.

I absolutely love it here! The girls are all so sweet but especially Oanh! We always have nice chats and she always does a great job with my nails. The staff and atmosphere is lovely and they offer great refreshments and hospitality.

i had beautiful red nails done today and all the ladies are always so welcoming and nice!!! i’ve been about 6 times and will not ever go anywhere else now!!
