Went in as a walk in and was taken straight away which was nice, got a shellac manicure. The treatment itself was quick which was nice but the nail tech snipped a bit of my cuticle, causing it to start bleeding. Although she apologised and it was an accident, still not the best impression. The shellac application itself was fine except that it wasn't properly cleaned up. Other then those two issues the salon itself is nicely presented. I'm not sure if I would be back again though from the issues presented.

at first they started using nail tip to force it off, then i remind then i would like a soak off, they were super rough with my nail and in the end still just forced off the remaining acrylic that haven’t soaked off. when filing my natural nails they didn’t go in one direction with the nail file, thus caused unnecessary stress of the nails. they even used a nail drill to even out the surface of my nail beds, but due to forcing the acrylic off there’s little indent on the nail bed. in the end paid $30 for a rush services and getting my nail bed damaged.

prices changed throughout my time being worked on, nails were sanded in both directions leaving them scratched up and thin. all i wanted was my nails removed but ended up having all 10 used and abused. would not recommend, at the end of the session the price increased by $10 despite the service quality descending as the ending approached. If u like it rough am ur nails scratched, come to the snail and leave with ur nails in pain and screaming for mercy. 1 star, natural nails ruined!!!

Called up and asked if they were busy and the lady was more than happy to fit me in.Walking in it was a beautiful environment, the atmosphere was very happy and nice.Service, the beautiful ladies were very gentle and very talented, they were extremely nice and only had sweet things to say, it was very much an enjoyable experience and i love my nails.

The lovely ladies here always give me the best acrylic nails. I get full sets done frequently and no where compares to the quality and care that this place provides. Always leave here so happy with my nails - also just got a pedicure and wow - best pedicure in Perth. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to get their nails done, to get them done here. Always usually pretty quiet also so it’s always nice and relaxing which is just an added bonus to such a great service. Can’t thank the girls and owners enough!

Super clean salon and nice and quiet, so much better than the salons in the middle of malls with all the chatter and bustling people. Bonus was the calming classical music instead of club/rave hits, made it so much more relaxing. Nail tech did a wonderful job, a perfectionist and had a great attention to detail. Definitely will be a regular, can't fault the service!

Lovely salon, nice and clean with an open and calming environment. Such nice technicians who definitely know what they’re doing. The attention to detail was really impressive, they turned out exactly how I wanted them! Great value with their pricing as well, ended up paying much less than I expected for the service. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a professional set of nails!
