The absolute best nails iv ever had! I always have Anna as she’s so good. Couldn’t go anywhere else ever!

I got a pedi, $55, the lady did not pay attention to what she was doing. Looked around most of the time while attempting to file my nails which ended up being mostly my toes. The water was cold. She ran a file brush which was not clean over my feet once and charged for it. She painted one side three times the other twice. She Kept putting my feet in the lamp and not turning on the uv lamp. The hygiene of the tools were horrific, really dirty, not cleaned. Poor service over all.

DO NOT GO THERE! This place is disgusting, full of employees that think they are better than customers. Needs to be shut down. And I am not the only one that thinks this. Read the reviews. 80% negative. Maybe if they treat people better and actually listen to what a customer wants they wouldn’t be loosing customers.The girl that was doing my nails cut them too short and I said I want long nails. Then blamed it on me that I said I wanted them this long. I didn’t. I said “LOONG”. not sure if she even understands what long means.They call their customers liars and believe their stuff. I told them to check their cameras so they can see I am not lying and their excuse was “my boss will check the cameras” didn’t even say when they will be checked or who her boss is. They still charged me for the service they did not complete. They didn’t even take my number for their “boss” to call me. I told her to take my number down so their “boss” can give me a call regarding the way I got treated. Never got a call back. I think she threw my number in the bin. They were rude/ disrespectful towards me. Not shocked about their poor quality work and disrespect bedside manner. Absolutely disgusting.Picture below is what I got charged for. $10 no powder was applied. Just the tips. And they ended up taking them off for me. (Went in the bin so I left With nothing) shouldn’t be paying for anything.

I would really appreciate it if the owner would read and understand this.Hey everyone, I just wanted to say that I was really impressed the first time I got my nails done here I got a full acrylic set. The woman was very careful and showed she cared about her work. But on the other hand I came back in yesterday after a month and got them taken off to get sns. Without asking me she ripped the acrylic off without the option of soaking them. While I was getting my nails filed before and after the sns application she was very rough and it was very painful I was tense and flinching and she kept going. I’ve had my nails done many times and this has never happened but I have burns around my cuticles from the drill and file burns under my nail from how rough she was. She also bent all my fingers at the joints to file rather then moving the drill and it was very painful. I got sns on my natural nails so she should’ve been more careful. I really didn’t appreciate how she treated me, if someone trusts you to do a service and is paying for it, it would be nice if you cared a bit more. I don’t make much money and the fact I still go and get my nails done and leave with burn and still have to pay for it is embarrassing. Please be more caring to your customers

I’m not sure why but everytime I ask for chrome it looks bad. I was charged an extra $15 and it just looks mostly white . I ended up having to pay to get the color redone elsewhere and that was another $30.

The owner and the workers at this place are very rude and disrespectful. I paid for my daughters full set of acrylics and a shellac pedicure for myself. The lady doing my pedicure was very rough with my foot and kept bending my big toe. She got angry when I had to ask her to make my big toe shorter about 6 times. They charge $10 to cut cuticles I've never been charged for that as an extra anywhere else. When I went to pay I questioned the price and pointed to the price list to say that's the price and the lady smacked my finger out of the way 3 times! I asked her to stop and said it was rude. Owner asked me to never come again and I wouldn't if u paid me. Horrible service disgusting and below average quality of work. Don't waste ur money.

Kelly did an amazing job with my nails, I got a full acrylic set for $65 and they are fantastic. The colour is perfect and the nails are exactly what I asked for. I will definitely be coming back and requesting to see her or any other of these lovely ladies again. ❤️

Charged $100 for pedi mani, didnot even trim my cuticles and put the colour on. Result after 10 days colours are uneven and lifted all near cuticles. It was busy on sunday, but they should attend one stylist to one customer instead of running around to accept new walk in customer.

Staff member wasn't showing great attention to detail to what I was paying for she was more engrossed in changing the channels on the tv to find her favourite songs. I assume she wasnt too happy when I asked for a manicure after I'd had my pedicure by the dirty look and loud sigh I received!! After leaving I noticed that the tips of my fingernails had nail varnish on them that hadn't been removed and the pedicure was very average again varnish not cleaned off my skin and dead skin still left on my heels. After 4 days shellac manicure started to chip on tips on my nails, have never had this before don't know if that's down to the quality of products there using but overall for the $95 I paid quite a disappointing result.

look i don’t normally leave bad reviews but the nails i got weren’t really what i wanted. i showed them a photo of what design i wanted and they said they could do it. i got charged $100 for a set of the wrong colours. not even two weeks later a nail came off, and after that they all started to fall off. it has only been about 3 weeks and i only have five nails left out of the total 10. two of the acrylics also ripped off half of my natural nails as well. i don’t want to sound petty, but i will not be going back.
