Went to treat myself to a Deluxe pedicure with shellac at Viva Nails. Nothing deluxe" about it. Was made to feel like I was an inconvenience. Initially I waited 30 mins until someone came over and then had 3 different women rotate through and rush the whole process. As a result of them rushing

I had the most beautiful manicure ever with an absolutely lovely nail technician. The attention to detail is the best I have ever had and I can really tell the difference after having my nails done at Viva Nails. They offered what I think is called the ‘polytech’ nails, having previously been an advocate for SNS I must say these feel very strong but are not as thick which is an extra plus. Everything was extremely clean and sanitary as well! Would 100% recommend!

Because they always do the best job and make sure the customer is happy, they run on time and charge their set prices. The salon is also very clean and staff are happy!

I’ve been going to Viva for a few months now. All of the people at Viva are fabulous and I always have a nice experience. Today I had a manicure (SNS/shellac combo) and a pedicure. I have very soft natural nails and the SNS/Shellac combo has always lasted - a suggestion of Viva. Highly recommend!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!I suffered a nail infection and almost lost an entire nail after getting my manicure done here. This is VERY upsetting, most especially after how they reassured me that they do not use any chemicals" and are completely safe compared to any other salons who does gel manicure.I don't know if its because of how busy they are that this has happened - During your manicure

Drove all the way there because a few friends had said it’s great. The lady was rushing my nails all morning that she pretty much glued my skin to my nails forgot the powder colour and then forgot the two other colours that I had asked for rush job left with lady scratched/blood cut nails and the paint is all chunky so now I have to go somewhere else to get it off and they still charge me $60. Super disappointed!

I got shellac nails which was very tidy and exactly what I wanted. They were very gentle the entire time and very kind staff. Definitely recommend will be coming back!!
