House of Ten

Had high hopes for this place as its really close to me and it looked aesthetically very nice but was disappointed with the experience. Wasn’t greeted upon arrival or given any communication as to who was doing my pedicure, how long it would be (ended up waiting 20 minutes), wasn’t offered a beverage while waiting or during my service (but could see other customers with tea or water), and the smell of acrylic was OVERWHELMING. Almost had to leave because the smell was so bad. To top it off the regular pedicure doesn’t even include a soak which is pretty standard. In the end I paid 45$ for shellac nail painting. Wouldn’t recommend.*Update in response to comments below*Thank you for your response Vanessa. I appreciate it. Just some constructive clarification, I was greeted with a hello but as a new customer and in line with customer service that goes above the basics, it is always nice to receive a little bit more than just a hi" and then you get back to your other client where the where I'm ignored for 20 minutes.In the future

Love House of Ten; best discovery of 2022! The girls and salon are simply lovely, and my nails are always flawless. Best of all, I can get regular gel manis without damaging my natural nails! Thanks HofT - you’re the best x

My favourite (the one and only) nail place. I think 2020 is the fourth year of me being a customer at House of Ten.Vanessa and Sylvia are always so kind and friendly. My nails grow healthier after I started going here, because they don't use the drill machine to remove the previous coat.If you're thinking of going, the pro-tip is to have a few appointments booked in, because they get really busy. Especially closer to Christmas and other public holidays.

I have been going to House of Ten since discovering the studio through a friend... why had I spent years jumping between shopping centre nail salons when I could have just been going to this little studio of goodness!I've seen House of Ten grow both in the space and diverse team, and one thing that has always been a constant is the welcoming nature of all the girls. I always come away with great looking nails but it's the feeling of the studio being an extension of my own lounge room with genuine friendships, quality work and a general sense of fun.House of Ten is the little bit of calm I look forward to in my busy day.

I have been a House of Ten client for over three years, visiting the beautiful salon once a fortnight. The service is impeccable and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my nails. The salon is such a welcoming space, where you can relax with a tea or coffee while being pampered. Aside from the staff being amazing at what they do, they are also gorgeous human beings. I adore my visits to House of Ten, and am so glad I found them!

House of Ten never fails to make me feel special. All the girls are so lovely. I didn't plan on becoming a regular customer - but I couldn't help it! I see them every month now. Their colour range is amazing and they're all incredibly talented. I look forward to every appointment, knowing I'll feel comfortable, relaxed and taken care of. I ALWAYS get compliments on my nails and cannot stop recommending them to others!

I absolutely LOVE this business! These ladies create such a fun, bright and professional environment that after going once, i was hooked! Aside from the beautiful manicures and nail art that stays looks fresh for weeks, the ladies go out of their way to remember things about you and take a genuine care in you as a person. This is what sets them apart for me is the genuine respect and love they have for their customers. I so look forward to my visits at house of ten and would recommend anyone give these ladies a try!!

Best salon around, maybe even in Perth. I won't go anywhere else and travel 45 mins to get here from the hills. Don't ring expecting to get in that day, very popular so will need to book a few weeks ahead but how busy they are speaks to their professionalism, quality of work and exceptional services. Sylvia is always willing to do the designs I ask for and they communicate very well with customers and all the staff are friendly and greet and farewell me even though I haven't had nails done by them. Have been visiting House of Ten for a few years now and it's like visiting friends! If I could give 10 stars I would!
