Awful, dodgy place. Poor English speaking. We agreed on $45 for a manicure in SNS but when it came time to pay they changed their tune and said it was an extra $10 for the manicure, so a total of $55. The last time I checked getting your nails shaped, buffed and coloured WAS a “manicure”, not an extra on top of a colour! It was all a lie and I am very angry but got bullied into paying it. Don’t use this place or if you do, get the price in writing first so they can’t change their mind.

My nails were smudged and not dried properly ,but rushed us out because they Were closing up. Had 2 people do my nails not that friendly.

Had a spa manicure done today. Big toes ended up with totally different shape. One much shorter. Doesn't look great. Had my eyebrows waxed as well and ended up with a bleeding back of my nose as she slipped with some instrument. No offer of price reduction. Nothing. I won't go back

I have been a loyal customer since they changed their name to Nails Idol just before Christmas 2021. The main lady is amazing but I won't be returning because of the rude and arrogant girl with the spider tattoo on her arm. She is shockingly rude, she sits and doesn't even say hello, she's extremely rough (she made every single one of my toes BLEED) and she sits there on her phone the whole time. It's such a shame because every single other girl is so wonderful and friendly. Shocking service from her, she is letting your team down for sure.

Poor service.They gave me the wrong color. I didn't have time to change it so had to deal with it ... considering they are my own nails just with sns over the top the sns started peeling off after 3 days so I go in on a day that I can amd I told well its nearly 2 weeks ... its not its been 8 days and they look 4 weeks old. So they only fixed the broken nails by painting sns over it. No one speaks english and halve of the people working there is always talking in another language while being on their phones. I will not be returning ever !!

My daughter (14) wanted to try this place (Now Nail Idol) and had french acrylic nails done for a wedding.Original greeting was quite abrupt and not friendly at all.The nails did not look good. They were really thick and some of the ends had sharp bits on them like they were'nt filed properly and there was no student discount.Paid $75 so was on the expensive side for sure and not worth it based on the finished product.My daughter hated them but didn't want me to go back to ask them to fix them.Don't know if it was a beginner doing the nails but that's what they looked like.I'll never go back.

This place needs to be shut down. I don't even want to say how shocking the waxing experience is other then I hope some health authority sees this review and audits them. Find a another place to go to it is not worth it!
