Mandurah Nails

Asked to simply have a coat of shellac on the nails I already had on ($15), was charged the price of refills and they did not refill my nails at all. Was charged $45 for them to do a poor job at painting my nails and to free hand nail tips that came out wonky and uneven. Not to mention the polish is so thin it’s translucent. Wouldn’t recommend wasting your money here, staff are nice enough but don’t talk to you, only to eachother. Not a happy customer.

I was visiting from Hobart TAS. And organised an appointment which was very easy. I had SNS and was very pleased with them. Very natural looking. I went back 4 weeks later and again was extremely pleased. The fellow was very concerning and professional. Thanks so much. Very happy customer.

Terrible service, me and 2 mates went to get 3 full sets, rudest salon I have EVER walked foot into, not to talk about how rushed the service was: I was in and out within 35 mins. My nails are rough & uneven to the point you can notice from a distance. My mate walked out with wet nails that weren’t even set. 0/10 DO NOT GO HERE! Dodgy dodgy dodgy!!!

I was suggested to go to this nail salon from my mum and was looking forward to doing something for myself since having a baby.I wish I never went!!I showed up and explained to two ladies what I would like doing showing a photo. I was told the price and that I would need to come back in 20 minutes and to bring cash. So I went to get some cash out and came back when asked. I was told to sit and wait- I waited a further 10mins and was seen by one of the ladies I spoke to originally with the other lady I spoke with sitting next to her with another client. I sat down and was asked what I’d like doing, I mentioned the style I showed the photo of earlier and the lady next to my technician spoke in another language to her directing her what to do so I assumed she was explaining how to do what I had asked.After getting my nails filed back and tips glued on the lady stood up and told me she would be 5 minutes and proceeded to work on three other ladies that came in after me. 20 minutes went by and I got the attention of the technician working next to me and asked how long this would take as I have a baby I need to breastfeed at home and could only be there another 30minutes. The lady looked me up and down in utter disgust making me feel about 1cm tall and said something along the lines of- well since you’re not getting what you originally asked for all you need is a clear coat painted over the white tips. In shock I replied asking why I wasn’t getting what I asked for and she said because I asked for a different style when I sat down. I apologised and told her I didn’t realise I asked for another style and was confused why she didn’t clarify with me. She then looked me up and down again and said well we will have to start again or you can just finish that style. I sat there passively agreeing to keep the style they had started and another 10minutes had gone by whilst my original nail technician was still working on the other ladies. At this point I’m starting to worry about getting home on time for my baby and requested the nails be removed. The nail technician next to me spoke to my original nail technician whilst giving me absolutely death stares and then another 10minutes later my original technician came over and put acetone and foil over my nails, I asked how long this would take and was told 5 minutes. I waited close to 15 minutes before deciding to take it off myself and just walked away crying. The women in this salon made me feel absolutely terrible about myself they have the worst customer service skills and seem to not care about their work or the business. I feel sorry for the owner and would never recommend this salon to anybody!

Be honest and tell your clients the truth about how long the wait is. Don't say ten minutes and make it 40.Staff, one in particular is very rude and has no customer service at all. Didn't even answer when spoken to. Very grumpy and bossy. After sitting with my feet in the water bath for 40 minutes I just dried my feet and left.If you value customer service this is not the place for you.

Got my nails done yesterday by Thu, got powder gel with shellac ($65)He was so good at what he does, very friendly and does an amazing job would definitely recommend him and will definitely be going back.Shop was very clean and many colour options available.Thank you Thu! Love my nails and i will be back!

A very pleasant place to visit. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Their loyalty card is available. I usually only have a pedicure and I am always pleased with the results. Highly recommended.

Worst Salong I have ever visited. 1 hour and 50 minutes for infill acrylic. This is after booking a time telling them I I do not have time to wait which is why I booked the day before. Rudest staff member I’ve ever had to deal with. Also Charged me $20 to add a couple of coats on my toe nails (5 minutes)after a pedicureI had two weeks earlier. Never ever will I set foot in this Salong again. Disgusting, unless you have plenty of time to sit around DO NOT GO THERE

Very happy with Mandurah Nails. Lovely clean salon, super attentive staff, great products, good prices and the best massage chairs I have enjoyed in a long time! Add to that, I met a lovely lady Glenda and had a great chat. All my boxes are ticked so I have to rate this nail salon a very rare (from me) 5 out of 5 stars! Thanks and see you next time, Kym.
