Hiroto Nail

Probably the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to, the staff are extremely rude, one of them cut my finger and didn’t even apologise. Still using old photos from the previous owners of designs they have no ability to do. Booked our appointment 4 weeks ago, and then 2 weeks ago they changed owners and didn’t bother to contact us to tell us, meaning we were paying the same amount for designs that were of lower quality. Couldn’t follow my simple design I asked for and wouldn’t listen to me during the appointment when I said I could pick something easier and wasn’t happy with the design. They left nail polish all over my fingers and it was cracking and peeling off for days after. After speaking to them again about my experience they didn’t seem to care at all, took days for them to even let me come in to have the nail polish cleaned off.

Overall design was done well however they didn’t have the colour I wanted even though I messaged earlier the colour when booking. I think they could improve planning a bit and the lady doing my nails was a bit rude. Other than that, honestly she did a good job and the other lady doing the pedicure did a good job. $150 for full set acrylics with design and a pedi plus $20 deposit isn’t terrible. Would come again. Also they were very prompt with their responses when booking which I really appreciate !!

Very disappointing experience at Hiroto Nail:- wrong product applied on my nails,- the lady had to polish my nails twice to get rid of the product which caused me pain & discomfort,- terrible result (even if my nails are short, that’s no excuse).While mistakes can be made, the lady did not even say goodbye to me and just left without even applying oil on my hands. Unprofessional & rude attitude. I do not recommend this nail salon to anyone.

Super lovely and really sweet. I went in to get some acrylic French tips, and sadly walked away unsatisfied, they did not do the best job. I wasn’t sure whether to message them or not but I sent them a message letting them know I wasn’t super happy. They replied instantly and offered to re do them. They were so kind and lovely and kept apologising and seemed to be really understanding. I felt so bad in messaging them but they took it so well. I am so happy with their customer service and communication.

RACIST PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE.Very unprofessional and rude. I arrived 13 minutes late because of traffic and I informed him that I would be late prior to my appointment time. He was so rude to me on text, he told me that I 'need to organise my time' and that he wouldn't do my nails, even though it was due to unforeseen circumstances. My mum asked if she could do a pedicure instead since he refused to do her nails but he refused to do that too because he 'didn't have time', however when another WHITE woman asked to do a pedicure that she DIDN'T make an appointment for he gladly said yes. Disgusting behaviour.He wouldn't give me back my deposit I paid to make a booking and reluctantly told us that he could only do one persons nails. Please see below the end result of my nails, an absolute joke.So disappointing when I booked this appointment MONTHS ahead which was supposed to be a gift for my mums birthday.

It was my first time at Hiroto Nail, getting my nails done for my bday as well as trialling for my hens + wedding. I'm not sure what I did wrong but it was the most unfriendly, unprofessional nail salon experience I've ever had which was a shame as I've been following them on socials for awhile now. I even came 10mins early + had pictures from their insta ready to show them. I couldn't even get a white line nail design done as apparently my nails were too short (see attached photo) + then there wasn't enough time. The girl who did my nails made me feel like everything I did or said was wrong, + the polish has now gone bubbly. Just a heads up boys + girls. So disappointed as I really liked all their nail art pics on Instagram + was excited for this appointment.

The best nail salonI have been to so many specially the one’s in the city every time my nail was damagedHiroto is a hidden gem my extensions last for weeks unlike other places where they do a bad jobAnd also Frankie is amazing

My sisters and I all god our nails done here and 2 out of the 3 of us were very disappointed. We picked simple nail art (small flowers and hearts) no details at all and this was not done nicely. My nails are left looking VERY thick, wonky and an odd colour. They did not follow their prices on the booking and ended up costing up to $120 for simple nail art. Already looking at getting them redone elsewhere as they are that bad.Waste of money. Wouldn’t go again.

Probably the worst set of nails I have had. I had such high expectations but the quality is not there. I had a very simple design but the execution is so poor. There are so many imperfections and the art itself (love hearts) are not even remotely symmetrical. I had nail polished on my fingers - this has never happened to me before. For the price point I would go somehwere else.
