Gentle Nails
The ladies are more interested in talking to each other than working. The woman serving me cut my toe and kept digging around in the cut even after I said ow and it was bleeding. Gentle Nails... um not so much. She was rough and rushed through it, stopping frequently to talk to her colleagues. Stood up towards the end and just walked off without finishing. The worst pedicure Ive ever had! There are two other nail salons at this shopping mall, my suggestion is try one of those instead, I wont be returning.

I have been using this service for a couple of years and I honestly always happy with the service and the price. I occasionally went to other nail shops but I ended up coming back here, as I didn't find any other place that has such good quality and price

So disappointed with service today. I went for my toes colour and nails done here as I've been going for a quite a while and lady said she can do just full pedi or just change colour and cut my nails, I said to her they are always do my cuticles and colour but she didn't listen to me at all amd she kept talking to her colleague on their language.And when I went to pay different prices again, every time different price.Definitely not going back here.

The lady who did my nails, tried her best to do the design I wanted but it didn’t look great so we decided to do a french tip instead. The tip colour was sheer, as she did only one coat. Messy around the nails and didn’t clean it up. My thumb nails were not even in length, and one being curved. My pointer finger is crooked as shown in photos. Overall; the lady was nice, tried her best to do the design but rushed the rest of the process.

My friend and I came to the Warwick location recently. From afar, our nails look fine, but up close you can see rough imperfections. The ladies were easily distracted, and did a rough job on our nails. They were very rushed and quick, and I will not be coming back…………………………….

I went in to get just shellac and the service was terrible. Didn’t speak once to me just kept laughing and talking to each other in their language.It’s not even acrylic and one thumb is curved the other nails is straight.I will never go back here .

the nail polish was unevenly layered and was on top of my cuticles and skin around the nails, the entire nails wernt even fully covered the corners and top parts were missing it, i asked for a glossy white and they gave me a matte white. Had a french manicure and a white pedicure and they were ugly and horrible, wont be spending my money here again, would of been better if i had just done it myself. They were chipping as i was leaving the shopping centre. rip off.
