Pampered Nails & Spa

Pampered is not the word I use when describing the manicure and pedicue I was given… RUSHED JOB! Is what I’d call it. The whole service was completed in less than 30mins (inclusive of shellac removal) The service was rushed and not relaxing at all!!! And I was charged $90 for the privilege. My manicure consisted of a file, buff and then polish, with me being asked to push the light button extra times for the shellac to dry. My feet still had skin hanging off the back of my heels. Don’t rate this service nor the people. Honey, you like? NO I fricken don’t! Will not go back.

I love coming here, the staff are very welcoming and talented. They take the time to perfect your nails and really care about the end result!

I went the to have my nails done, acrylic powder, i asked the lady if she wouldnt mind doing them a bit thicker as I bite my nails, she promptly, sharply and at the edge of rudeness, replayed : they will broke anyway, you need to stop biting them so you can save money.!At that point I got very annoyed because first of all I only asked to have them done thicker nothing else. Secondly the habit of biting nails is very difficult to eliminate and I know myself it would be better to stop it, third i got pedicure done too, so what the hell you think I need to save money.She kept calling everyone darling but this doesn't cover the lack of customer service and good attitudeAlso there were only 3 nails ladies and 10 customers waiting for ages and they kept welcoming in the shop other customers making them waiting for too long as they were well out of the capicity
