i’ve only been here once. as a kid, i LOVED it. the staff were really nice and gentle with hands and feet. definitely coming here again

1st visit: Busy, but good job and staff are friendly.Subsequent visits: rushed, no time taken to remove all of the previous shellac paint from nails, no care taken to paint nails nicely. My nails look like I painted them with my left hand.

I regularly use this salon and cannot fault the women there! They do great, thin acrylic, the shapes are always perfect and their colour choices are really nice. Unfortunately the man that sometimes works there is a little messier with shapes and painting.

I've been to Lily Nails 3 times now and it's always a rush job once you get in the chair. The nails are just okay, but tend to be quite thick. The removal I had, the nail tech stabbed under my real nail and was trying to rip the acrylics off without soaking them. After finally soaking them, I had to ask multiple times for her to continue to remove the product because it was not finished. I bought a nail file so I can fix it myself when I get home. I won't be returning.
