Golden Nails

My girlfriend and her sister went and they are extremely rude constantly shaking her head every time they asked a question or wanted something more but cant lie they did a fantastic job on the nails they just need to work on their customer service skills... they just make you feel extremely unwelcome

Disgusting customer service. Shellac application was very untidy and took a VERY long time. I had to interpret for the poor customers who came in asking if they had any appointments because they were just ignored by the rude staff. Extremely poor service and outdated equipment/polish. When I asked for the lady doing my nails to PLEASE clean the excess shellac that was all over my fingertips off she cracked it and became very rude and dismissive. I will now have to go elsewhere and pay to have this awful application removed and new shellac applied! Also extremely unclean premises. Do not waste your time or money! I wish I didn't have to give this even a 1 star rating!!

Good service. The friendly technician asked what I wanted and delivered in a timely fashion.

Bad service, sat there for 2 hours for a pedicure while they served 4+ walk ins, got a 20 second foot rub, left without polish on my toes as I could not sit there any longer, still charged me full cost of a pedicure.Rude service sat on their phones the whole time and did not even talk to customers.

Rude, lazy, do not listen.. I am currently waiting for my sil to get hers finished mine are done.. I asked to get a manicure I just got file and polish.. then I asked for glitter over my colour she said yes her interpereter said yes then put the glitter polish sil brought over away and went to continue sil (sis in laws).. also I texted this morning asking what the difference between a normal manicure and the delux. No response.. so rude.. at least explain to me what you cant do rather then say yes and completely ignore me...

Lovely people in there my friend and I love going and getting a pedicure from golden nails always will go there

Didn't listen and did not do manicure like asked or glitter like asked on the top.. no explanation just ignorance.... the below pictures are of my lumpy shellac that took 3 times of application then wipe off before this

Friendly staff, clean. But I was not asked if I am happy with my pedicure. And I wan't at all. I tryed to give them feedback, but they were just not listening norminterested. The nails were irregular shaped and the shellac messy and came of the next day. Not worth 50$. Disappointing
