Horrible customer service and not on time. Favours the adult customers. The two ladies in the salon kept whispering about me and my friends when all we were trying to do was get a half decent set of nails.

I love these guys and I am usually super fussy with nail salons. They are always on time, gentle, courteous and does a really good job. It just has a nice atmosphere in the salon :)

Big Big thankyou to new business Owner Bang, and his wonderful friendly staff members at Fashion Nail Cottesloe. I honestly felt so welcomed and relaxed when I first walked in. Was by far my most favourite nail salon experience ever! If you want good old fashion service where you are their number one priority, I highly recommend stopping by. They made me a beautiful complimentary coffee and was also very fortunate to have a lovely shoulder massage. That was the icing on the cake!Can not wait to call in to say hello and have my nails done again soon.Donnybrook WA.

Best waxers in the city!!! I've looked/been everywhere (here from Canada; over the last 7 months) high-end spas, other nail salons in the neighbourhood, and in the surrounding areas, and this is the first place I've been that I've actually been happy with, and left satisfied with a job well done!!! Tam is amazing!!! I will be back, and highly recommend it to anyone! I will not go anywhere else.

I went with a friend and thought it was great value. The place is clean and trendy with leather massage chairs to sit in while we got a pedicure. The lady was nice and friendly and our manicures turned out great. All for the price of $90 total with a Groupon voucher!

Absolutely best nail salon in Perth!! Not only do my fingernails and toenails feel amazing but the service was next to none!! They offered me chocolates, tea and coffee and when I rolled my neck because it was sore they started giving me a free massage! They were so doting and lovely! I can't wait to return!

Major lack of customer service. I felt unwanted and like I was intruding in the salon. The lady doing my nails was rude and dismissive to me. I went to ask her a question and she just shut me off even before I could finish my sentence, she grabbed my hand back and continued filing away. Not happy. Won’t be returning to this place, anyone with better reference close by, let me know..

I've had several manicure/pedicures at Fashion Nails & Beauty and have never been disappointed in the quality or service I've received. The SNS polish has never lifted or chipped, and the only reason I get it redone is because my nails get too long.The pedicures I've gotten are fantastic - best pedicure I've had in years. They are thorough and I always leave feeling fantastic.Highly recommend!

A waste of my time, money, and nails. I had to redo the manicure at home myself. Service was not very inviting. Arrrgh I'm not one to complain usually, but this experience was so unsatisfying. Also keep in mind they don't have nail dryers, so if you are getting a regular manicure plan ahead where and how you are going to dry the nails. There are public benches outside the shop...

I came in this morning to get my nails done, I got a red shellac colour. I left with nail polish all around my nails, pretty much everywhere besides my actual nail. This is appalling, especially at the cost of $50. I did not say anything at the time as I didn’t want to cause a scene however this is absolutely absurd! I would NOT recommend them and would rather travel across Australia to get my nails done than ever go back there.
