Just wanted a quick trim and polish. Specified this. They took 30 min over 2 people.They cut the edges of my cuticles,made me bleed twice without a word of apology, roughened the nail and applied a clear coat. Would never go again.

Paid 55$ for French Tips and look awful! Also didn't even last a week, half had fallen off and the other half were chipped. Not very happy!
