i asked for the easiest acrylic design and they over charged me as well as do a horrible job the design turned out ugly and they refused to lower the price down. all i’m saying is if they don’t know how to do the design say so i’m more than happy to stick with plain colour.

I wish I could give them 0 star! I booked an appointment and they made me wait 20 minutes without any apologies. The room was dirty! I told the lady the sheets look used and all she did was straighten them out. I do not recommend this place!

Sorry to say this place has gone downhill big time and customer service is non existent now. Been using them for a few years for waxing and pedicures.This weekend went as follows, Friday walk in and despite no customers and three staff standing about nobody could do an eyebrow wax, then told me my usual lady was back Sunday. Rang to book appointment Saturday as I know they get busy and also needed to book before starting work. They said they open 9am so come in 9.15 so they can be ready. Rock up at 9.15, the place in darkness and sign says open at 10am. Go back 10am the 'booking' I made non existent, the lady I booked in with not there till tomorrow. Went through the issues of the last 3 days to be told 'can you come back'. They don't care anymore, you call and half the time the person taking the call isn't in the shop, they don't take down appointments, have been there many times where people who were told to come down were turned away. Terrible.Such a shame as its convenient, close to home and good value but I am now forced to find another place.

Good, friendly salon with large massage chairs for pedicures.Hidden in a pretty dull shopping centre and bathrooms in the main centre with not much in the way of other cafes or dining options before or after your visit but very friendly service e and polite and helpful staff.Some are very rushed and cold but not here! Average pricing to most places too.

I have had my acrylics refilled here twice now and have been so happy with my experience. The ladies are lovely and friendly, shop is clean, they offer a drink on arrival and a neck massage while nails are drying. I have had so many compliments on my nails and they always do a great job.

I made a booking for the weekend and turned up well on time only to wait 45mins for a half decent Pedi. The poor solo woman doing pedis was flat out, ridiculously under staffed (and you have to wait sometimes longer than this to get in) whoch is horrid for ONE person, barely a leg or foot massage and she missed the proper pedi with a decent foot scrub. The colour i chose was the only thing i liked.....not my first attempt here. Glad to know I won't be rushing back in a hurry.

Me and my girlfriend went in, my girlfriend has strong long nails, two had broke so she was looking just to get acrylic on those two and the rest of her nails shellac. The technician cut all the nails off on that hand. I was advised my acrylic set was going to be $70 which hey I could deal with but after seeing my friend who had been coming to this place for three years almost in tears because the nails she had worked so hard to grow were just gone. We decided to walk out the door. Not to mention they got angry with my friend for speaking up. Wouldn't even of given 1 star if that was an option.
