I'm not really sure how this place has 5 stars. I have been to many nail salons and i always get my nails done so i'm always keen to try somewhere new. I went there not even a week ago and the tips of my nails have begun to bubble and my black polish has turned blue and chipped. The nails are very thin and sharp around the edges which is not what i asked for. Not to mention the staff member doing my nails was so careless in what she did and didn't take the time to put in the detail and work into my nails. I won't go back so i hope this helps make the decision of anyone thinking of going there.

I have also had a negative experience at this nail salon, my nails chipped after one week. When i went to complain they reluctantly repaired only the broken nails with the wrong colour match and thought that was acceptable. When I complained they told me it was too late and it was my fault for choosing the wrong colour. there was no offer for a redo of the nails so they all match, do not recommend this place at all.

Zero stars, negative stars if that was allowed. They did not do what I asked and I still had to pay full price. My nails are so short there's literally no point in having them done. They rushed them and were very rough, I had to pull my hand away multiple times because she was hurting me. They were talking loudly the whole time in a different language and were very rude when I said I should not have to pay full price as it is not what I asked for. Will not go back, no one should go here ever.

Had a pedicure with Shellac and a full set of acrylic nails just now. Cannot say enough nice things about this salon. Mai is amazing - come see her!

Went with my friend for a full set of acrylic. Told to come back in 10 cos they were busy. Came back and they had seated two other customers. They completed their nails before my friends. They did mine but rushed them so much they look awful. Colour polish went all weird so I asked them to just take it off I would paint myself, they didn’t offer any apology or anything. Worst place I have ever been for nails. Will never return. Staff are also very rude

Really lovely nails at a great price. I wanted shorter rounded nails and they “nailed” it. They were gentle, kind and took their time to make them perfect. It was my first time here and I was really happy with the result ❤️

I got a very bad experience in this nail salon with the staff were very rude that was hurt me and I didn’t get the nail shape that I asked for also the staff was on phone while working on my nail. My nails chipped and got bubble after done it. Such a terrible experience, I will never go back their again.
