Galaxy Nails

The only place in Perth I go to leaving happy!!!! They are always so bubbly, efficient, careful and thorough with their work. They are lovely and just run the place really well as well as crafting gorgeous nails. They keep up to trend and have a huge colour selection. I recommend Galaxy Carine to everyone!!!

Not a great experience. I left with rough and jagged edges on 3 of my nails. The nails on one hand were initially shaped slanted till I took the nail file and fixed it myself. She didn’t file the sides of my nails till I asked 4 times. The lady doing my nails was sweet though. And I got a seat almost immediately when I got there.

I usually have good reviews about this place as I’m a regular customer. I was so disappointed during todays pedicure. We arrived when it was quiet and plenty of seating. Half way through our pedicure we were asked to move to the manicure seats to finish off the service so two other ladies waiting could start their pedicures. Why should our experience be cut short to allow two other ladies to start their service? Why couldn’t they wait ten minutes until my service had finished?So we had to sit at the manicure table while they tried to finish painting our toes which was awkward because we both have long legs and this made the rest of the service uncomfortable.i hope they don’t do this to other customers…

I paid $40, I asked for a manicure and gel and they didn't even file down my nails, they are lumpy and places aren't painted properly and I can see parts of my nail. I am utterly disappointed as I work at a nail salon and would have expected better for the price. There is nail polish on my skin and no cuticle oil. Disappointed. Do not recommend. :(

The best place to get your nails done in my own opinion. Been coming here over the past 2 years not one experience has left me disappointed in any way, came here a few days ago and it was very busy had to wait there for quite awhile but the result didn’t disappoint the work was rushed but the nails were effortlessly stunning! I can’t blame how busy this shop is considering how great of a nail shop it is.

I’ve been coming here for the past 6 years on and off and every other experience has been fabulous. However today when I came to get my nails done I had to ask the lady 3 times to fix one of the nails that she had made sideways but instead of fixing it she made it worse. My nails also do not match my fingers they are extremely rounded at the bottom and then go super skinny as soon as they leave my natural nail NEVER have I had this happen before either and I pointed this out But she didn’t do anything about it.

I got a French tip and it was beautiful. The lady was lovely and would highly recommend Galaxy nails. I would also recommend that acrylic nails get done at 15+. Xx
