I had a full set of acrylics with gel done on the Thursday, go to work on Saturday and one of my nails has fallen off whilst typing. Go in to get it fixed (free of charge) because nails should last way longer than a day and for the price I paid for them. On Wednesday, another cracks in half ripping all of my outgrown natural nail off. The staff were nice and welcoming but it doesn't makeup for the job they do of your nails.

They work good and my nails are perfectly done everytime I go.Some of the staff is not so friendly and I don't like that when I go with a picture of the design I want they give me thousands of different colors to look myself for the ones that are similar to the picture. Don't they know better than me the colors they have?Overall they are great :)

I have usually my nail and pedicure done by a home-based nail business but I recently missed the time to make a booking during the busy Christmas season, so I googled so much and found this nail place. The ladies are friendly and professional, and they have detailed professional art skills. I have experienced typical nail shops in the past many times that always rushed and focused on making money like a factory, but these ladies are different for sure! I strongly recommended this place! Will definitely visit for my nails again!

I booked and attended for a deluxe manicure and pedicure.I felt very uncomfortable with two of the clinicians discussing me in a foreign language right in front of me!The deluxe manicure did not include the application of any handcream or a hand massage.The deluxe pedicure did not include proper exfoliation of my feet. Hard, dry skin was not removed, and again, no moisturiser applied and no foot massage.Cuticles were not pushed back on my toes, so the upshot is that I paid $95 to have nails painted.

I swung by here with a friend who's been a long time customer and I can see why. They have a vast amount of colours and brands for shellac, sns, and normal colours. The ladies were thorough with my manicure, pedicure and so sweet and friendly. Pricing was also amazing, pedicure and manicure with shellac and waxing only cost me $90! I'll defintely be back here for my next nail appointment!

My first time here and I am never returning. The lady literally pulled the skin under my nail, I was bleeding and she didn't even apologise for once. Neither tried to offer me any discount for their fault. Very unprofessional!

Rushed it so much. I have cuts in my fingers even tho I kept trying to pull away from her rough filing. All different lengths and shapes. So upset because the nails are for my ball. Will not be coming back!
