I had my nails done here and within one day one of my nails chipped. 2 days another 3 have chipped. Not happy at all with service and manicure.

I have gone in multiple times now since it has opened and I can tell you it is MUCH better than other nail salons in Broome. I have gotten acrylics and they lasted about 2 weeks and that was with me playing sport as well and have gotten pedicures which is always a delight, and have recently got SNS and am in love! The only reason they get 4 stars is I believe there is always room for improvement but overall would much rather go here than to a place like Vinh's Nail & Spa.

I had sns nails done and one nail lasted 4 hours this was repaired but at the end of 10 days not one decent nail left. I will never return to this shop.

DISAPPOINTED!! 3HRS for a manicure and pedicure! No apology for the long wait!! A job that should have only taken 45-60 minutes max!! You need to learn a little thing called TIME MANAGEMENT LADIES!! If your too busy DON’T TAKE ON ANY NEW CLIENTS UNTIL YOUR DONE WITH THE ONES WHO ARE ALREADY!! Will not be returning!! What was even more frustrating is that there were people who got there after I arrived and still managed to service them a lot quicker than me!! P*ssed off is an understatement!

Walked in this nail salon based on the reviews from Google and it did not disappoint. Julie and her family were amazing and so sweet. Love my mani and pedi, as good as back home in Melbourne. Lovely meeting you Julie and your lovely mum.
